We Need Your Help!

Hurricane Michael had a large impact on the southeast. One of the areas most affected by the storm was the Emerald Coast of Florida. Two gymnastics facilities in this area, Gymnastics Plus & Edgewater Gymnastics, were directly impacted and heavily damaged by the storm. Everest Gymnastics and Challengers (the Booster Club for the competitive teams at Everest) would like to offer them some assistance and we need your help!

The gymnastics community is a tight-knit community and we can offer direct assistance to the affected gyms and the gymnasts in this area. Some families lost everything they own. This includes athletes losing all of their leotards and other gymnastics apparel. Everest Gymnastics and Challengers will be taking donations of these items to send to Florida so these athletes and families are better able to get back to some sense of normalcy once their gyms are rebuilt and/or while they train at other nearby gyms in the meantime.

We are in direct contact with other club owners in the area so we can ensure that these items will be distributed to those in need! We will be taking donations effective immediately and through November 17.

If you would like to help, please drop off any donations of new or gently used leotards, gymnastics shorts, shirts, leggings, etc., in the donation bin located in the lobby near the front desk by November 17. This is a great opportunity for our gymnasts to help other gymnasts!

Thank you,

Everest Gymnastics/Challengers
