Rec 3 Class (1 Hour)

This class requires a Prerequisite SkillMust be able to complete a consistent pull-over on bars. This class is for gymnasts who have gymnastics experience and have mastered the basic skills and are working through repetition of walking, jumping, running, balancing and turning to enhance their ability to perform round-offs and begin working on basic strategies. Students will work on Cartwheels, handstands, bridge kickovers, and will continue to perfect pull overs on the bars (from the floor), and then beginning back hip circles, etc.
