Parties at EVEREST can take your worries away!

Birthday Parties at Everest are action packed, entertaining and hassle free. We help plan the party, provide the space, supervise the activities, serve the food, and clean up afterward. The only thing you need to bring is a car full of children and the cake. The rest is up to us.

2. Each party is designed to be age appropriate for the guests.
3. We handle the decorating, ordering pizza if needed, setting the tables, cutting the cake, entertaining the children and sending them out the door with a party favor (gold medals of course!!) and smiles.
4. Our gym instructors will lead the guests in fun and games while you relax and enjoy the party!
5. When the party is over, we handle all the clean-up.  Spend time thanking guests instead of dealing with a mess!

A $150.00 deposit is required to reserve the date and time of your choice - parties generally begin booking 4-6 weeks in advance - gratuity appreciated

***Parties must be book at least 14 days in advance to allow time to staff coaches unless other arrangements have been approved by the events coordinator.

***Alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed at Everest facilities.

• Additional Child: $14.00 each
• Additional Party Favor: $2.99 each
• Additional Large Pizza: $16.00 each
• Additional 30 minutes: $55.00 (Available for last party of the day only)

*Please note that all special additions must be approved & scheduled in advance*

• Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to greet your guests.
• Remember to bring your cake, candles, matches and supplies based on your party package.
• Ensure that your guests check- in at the front desk upon arrival
