Afterschool Program
2023/2024
Everest Gymnastics is proud to offer your child a healthy, happy and safe environment to meet their after school needs.
We offer a 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 day program, along with an afternoon snack, juice/water each day, homework/reading time, and supervised gym time. Relax as you pick up your child knowing that homework is complete and playtime enjoyed. You and your family can enjoy a stress free evening!
Afterschoolers who are enrolled in our four or five day program receive a formal gymnastics lesson (valued up to $105.00) in addition to their daily gym time! This class is offered during the afterschool hours for afterschool students only. This benefit is included in your monthly tuition.

Teacher Workday Camps:
Everest Gymnastics is offering Teacher Workday Camps throughout the 2023/2024 school year. The TWD camps follow the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools calendar, so if you are in need of an all-day camp for your child for the TWD, we are here to help provide a fun and safe environment for your child to enjoy a day at Everest.

Registration & Fees
*Annual Registration Fee:
$70.00 - Individual
$110.00 - Family
Program Fee:
1 day per week: $130.00/ month
2 days per week: $230.00/ month
3 days per week: $315.00/ month
4 days per week: $380.00/ month
5 days per week: $425.00/ month
The 4 and 5 day above monthly tuition includes a weekly gymnastics class, valued up to $105.00! Siblings will receive a 10% discount on the above pricing.
Everest Gymnastics Afterschool follows the CMS Calendar with teacher workday camps.
*Annual Registration fee is due at the time of enrollment to hold your child's spot and is non-refundable
**Early Bird discount of $10 off of Annual Registration fee applies to all Afterschool registrations prior to June 1, 2023
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ
If your child has taken a class here at Everest in the past, please register, enroll & pay through our online Parent Portal to help us prevent duplicate accounts.
If you are unable to log in, please call us at (704) 948-1449 to update your email in our system.
New customers, please click on the register link above at your preferred location and select the days you are requesting. Only the Registration Fee is due at the time of enrollment. Tuition will be prorated, and thereafter, tuition will be set up and processed by auto-pay the 25th of each month.
Transportation
We offer Everest Van Transportation pickup from the following schools for the 2023/2024 school year:
- Grand Oak Elementary
- W R Odell Elementary *Beginning Aug 28, 2023*
- Pine Lake Preparatory Academy (Contact Everest Afterschool for further information.)
Everest is also a designated alternate bus stop for the following schools for the 2023/2024 school year:
- J.V. Washam Elementary (Huntersville Location)
- Huntersville Elementary (Huntersville Location)
- Blythe Elementary (Huntersville Location)
We may consider pickup from other local schools at our discretion if the pickup timing corresponds with our current timing and we have enough interest. Other elementary schools may also add us as a designated bus stop upon school approval.
These options will allow you to skip long car pool lines or worrying about how to get your child to their after school program!
